Our Mission & Purpose
To provide a nurturing Christ-centered preschool program that ministers to the spiritual, physical, social and emotional development of each individual child. |
 Crossroads Christian Preschool is a ministry of Westminster UMC. We are very proud that our school holds the Maryland State Department of Education Certificate of Approval. Our Preschool Director, Suzanne House, has 35 years of experience in Early Childhood education and administration. Our teachers are four-year degreed and trained in Maryland Model for School Readiness. Our classroom assistants are Certified Teacher Assistants.
Our curriculum was formally written during the Spring of 2006. It was developed using the following resources:

We believe that each child is a uniquely created gift from God. The role of Crossroads Christian Preschool is to foster a learning environment designed to encourage children to reach their God-given potential. Crossroads Christian Preschool admits students of any race, color, nationality, and ethnic origin to all programs and activities with equal privileges and rights.
Need-based scholarships may be available on a limited basis. More information and applications can be obtained by calling the Preschool Director. Applications will be reviewed in the strictest of confidence by the Preschool Board of Directors.

Classes and Ages
Pre-K 5-day
(Monday-Friday)
Child must be 4 years old on or before September 1
Pre-K 4-day
(Monday-Thursday)
Child must be 4 years old on or before September 1
Pre-K 3-day
(Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
Child must be 3 years old on or before September 1
Pre-K 2-day
(Thursday-Friday)
Child must be 2 years old on or before May 30
Morning sessions: 9am to 11:30am
Tuition
All fees are anticipated and subject to change.
- $75 (non-refundable) registration fee for new and returning students
- A one month tuition is due by June 1
2 day sessions $145.00 (2 day tuition in 2011-2012 will be $145.00)
3 day sessions $170.00
4 day sessions $190.00
5 day sessions $215.00
- Tuition payments are due monthly, September through April
Registration
Registrations are currently being accepted. To be considered for admission, Crossroads Christian Preschool must have the following for each child:

After your child’s registration has been processed and accepted, you will receive via mail an Enrollment Form as confirmation.
