Music

We have a large and dynamic Music Ministry program for all ages at Westminster United Methodist Church. We see our mission as providing an additional pathway to God through musical worship. Our rehearsals are spiritually rewarding for the musicians, and it is our primary goal that our musical presentations during worship be spiritually moving and uplifting for our congregation. Please join us. We are sure there is a place for you!

Chancel Choir is our vocal choir for college students and adults. The Chancel Choir presents music in a variety of styles from historic periods to the best of new classical, gospel and praise. Senior Singers began with a small group of “seniors” from WUMC who like to sing. They have evolved into a large group of seniors, some from other churches, who love to sing and socialize. They can be found singing throughout the community at senior centers, festivals, local events, etc. They rehearse every Wednesday at 10:00 AM. Special Music is also welcomed throughout the year. Especially when our choirs are “off” for the summer, our worship is enhanced by individuals and groups who provide their musical talents to glorify the Lord.
