“A Night in Bethlehem”
God's Best Dream
Westminster United Methodist Church,
Friday, December 5th,
and

Saturday, December 6th.

Our interactive, guided walking tours of Bethlehem on the night of Jesus’ birth
begin at 5:30pm and conclude at 8pm. Some 70+ costumed characters provide a unique opportunity to experience the wonder of Jesus’ birth.
A knowledgeable guide will walk you through the outdoor presentation. You’ll meet those with whom God shared the dream born in Bethlehem.  Joseph the Carpenter to whom an angel came, Zachariah and Elizabeth whose visions will amaze. Mary learns of her special part in the dreams of God on High. Meet magi who see God’s hopes written in the sky. King Herod will insist it’s all a nightmare! Later, angels will sing to the shepherds, then you. Your kids visit with their live sheep! Beware the Guards at City Gate! Meet Eleazer, Priest to the Shepherds. Follow the Star! Visit at the well, the “Fit For A King Inn," and gather at the Manger with Mary, Joseph, and Child.

After the outdoor tour, enter the indoor demonstration Marketplace. Here you will interact with friendly shopkeepers and participate in fun activities. Bring your children and grandchildren along for crafts, music and cocoa. The festive atmosphere will be enjoyable for all!
