Occasionally our classes will travel to the park or church garden for special activities. Any plans to leave the regular classrooms will be communicated to parents the week prior to and a notice will also be placed on the appropriate classroom door, along with an emergency contact number.
Photographs and videos may be taken and snacks provided during WUMC activities.
In consideration for my child’s participation in Westminster United Methodist Church (WUMC) Education Ministry, I, being 21 years of age or older, on behalf of the minor child do hereby assume all risk and release, forever discharge and agree to hold harmless WUMC, its staff, volunteers and agents thereof from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, sickness or death, as well as property damage and expenses, of any nature whatsoever which may be incurred by the undersigned or child while participating in WUMC Education Ministry activities and events.
